**PT/OT AND SPEECH PATHOLOGY LOGOS ARE DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICE IN PRAIRIE PAVILLION 2 AT SBLHC, THEN SENT THROUGH INTEROFFICE MAIL TO YOUR LOCATION. **Office Assistants are limited to blues for shirts: brilliant blue, celadon blue, royal, navy, Carolina blue, and blueberry. Pullovers colors: charcoal grey, royal, navy, black.**

**Dark colored garments have all-white logo, light colored garments have full color logo.
